RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At StimShotJimmy™, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

You have 3 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returns must be approved by us before being shipped back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the issue was caused by us.

Because some products are made specifically for each order, we may not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.
